Limit one offer per customer, and one course per account.

Your course is confirmed when we receive your total payment by:

• 1) Bank transfer (Account nº: 2100-1873-11-0200054484 , Bank name: LA CAIXA , Avda. Juan Sebastian Elcano 162, 29017 Malaga, Spain (Swift/bic:CAIXESBB) (IBAN:ES3021001873110200054484));
  

• 2) Bankers cheque by registered mail to Spanorama Languages Internacional, ave. J.S. Eslcano 78, 29017 Malaga, Spain (please take notice that we do not accept personal cheques);
  

• 3) Credit card (send us your Visa or Mastercard information in order to pay for your programme, indicate clearly the exact amount that you are authorizing us to charge).
  

A €40,- Application fee is charged for all applications.

Make sure that all the costs (including bank-transfer costs) are covered by your bank,
otherwise we will not receive the total amount of the invoice.

In order to avoid problems with the transfer, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your money order. It is important that you mention the invoice number and name on your money order or on the bankers cheques.

Cancelation Conditions:
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 5 weeks before arrival;

• For cancellations made prior to 3 weeks before the course, we will refund all fees paid minus 100,00 euro;

• For cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the course, we will refund all fees paid minus 200,00 euro;

• On or after the first day of the course, the fees become non-refundable;

• All refunds will have an administration charge of 10% (a minimum of 30 euro);

• Instituto Internacional Alhambra can not be held responsible for cancellations due to force major, health or personal problems.

• All students who wish to cancel their programme (course and/or accomodation) prior to their arrival should notify Instituto Internacional Alhambra in writing by fax, letter or telegram. Cancellations not received by one of the three previously mentioned reasons will not be accepted.
